VENT (Village Entertainment) is a Chicago-based artist and entertainer management and development group built on vision, purpose, and independence. As the founders of the Let Us VENT blog and VENT clothing brand, we’ve created a platform that blends culture, creativity, and opportunity giving talent a voice and a pathway to grow.

Our mission is to discover up-and-coming artists and entertainers and develop them into mainstream, industry-ready brands. We focus on more than talent—we focus on structure, discipline, and long-term success. Through strategic development, branding, and real industry insight, we help our clients move with purpose and position themselves at a higher level.

VENT was founded by Alfie Hill, also known as “Big Homie,” whose roots trace back to the West Side of Chicago in a neighborhood known as “The Village.” Built from real experience and a deep understanding of the culture, VENT was created to give artists an opportunity to succeed on their own terms.

The vision began with his nephew, recording artist and entrepreneur Hustle.T Erthang creating a platform for him to showcase his talent, build his brand, and grow without the need to rely on traditional major label deals. What started as a mission for one has grown into a movement for many.
